Default Buying items off my website

I was told by a few people that my website is set up good but it is to hard to buy items off of my site. Do you think that?? I thought that it was set up pretty good and not to much choices or to hard. I saw what you said with the gift baskets to much is to hard so I will try to keep it simple and see what you think...Hm if I have time today I will do a little work on the site and have you check it out

It was also brought to my attention that my website does not work with all browsers..If I got rid of the items that did not work with certain browsers would that be a good Idea. For example the black frames around the pictures I fell make it have a more professional look but on Firefox or something else they do not line up correctly...

THANKS!

on the products.html page you might want to consider having the "toppings" choice be some sort of multiple selection option (like a drop down menu or something similar), just because when looking over the page, I have no idea what I need to type into that catagory to place an order.

Is that what others have said its hard to buy items? What are their reasons for saying its hard to buy?

I asked what was to hard about it but they didnt tell me. How do you not know what to put in there? it says toppings: what if they wanted more than one topping that is the only reason i dont want to do a drop down menu. How was your weekend btw?

exactly....what if I want more than one topping. How do I know if I can have more than one topping or not? How do I know if certain toppings are only for certain treats? What if I leave it blank, what toppings do I get then? Do I have to have toppings? Does the price change because of topping choices?

I don't care about the answers, but your potential customers will. Remember, you want to minimize the possibility of problems and customer questions. You make your money by selling treats, so you want that process streamlined and as simple as possible for your customers.

Well I like to answer them back to you to make sure that I am doing everything right. If they leave it blank they get nothing...I charge by weight so yeah...it goes on any treats since its listed for all treats i think your over thinking it. so what should i do to fix it

I already gave you my suggestion. You should know your customers better than anyone else, so just do what you think is best.
