In Washington I don't see a problem with not registering the name for a short period of time, you just want to do it well before the end of the year. As far as insurance goes, you know the pros and cons with having and not having insurance; its just a matter of how comfortable you are without having it. Anything can happen at anytime, so its your choice.
With the labels, just be creative. Always keep it as simple as possible, but just keep what you have until you come across a better idea. In business, stuff will constantly change over time as you get ideas to improve what you are doing.
It is a little more work on the website, but its definitely worth it. The more time and work you put into it, the more it will pay off for you. Plus, the more you do, the more knowledgable you will become and the more you will benefit. |

LLC will just protect you personally. You will not be personally liable if something were to happen, as long as the proper business records are kept. |

With an S-Corp the IRS requires a balance sheet, I'm not sure if the same is required for an LLC or not. I'm sure it would be. |

Why don't you just say that you are sisters? That will probably sound better than anything else. |
