typically wholesale prices are 1/2 that of the retail prices, but it also depends on what your markup is. There are many factors that can be involved, its not just a simple cookie cutter answer.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but I don't understand anything that you just said. Maybe its because its 12:44am and I'm tired, not sure lol.

The more lucrative it is for the business selling your treats, the more they will want to push them, and that means more volume for you; which means more exposure and more revenue. Even if you give a vendor a 50% discount rather than just a 25%, you make less money per treat, but you are selling more treats and having more customers buying them. When you are first starting out, one of the hardest things to get is exposure in the marketplace.

Another idea is to have the wholesale price be on a discount. Start out at a 25% discount to see how things go, then if they are selling a decent amount of them, then you can negociate a lower wholesale price, so that way that business makes more money as well.
