you should know the basics now. After a while you might want to go over it again and see if you need to adjust anything.

I am putting all the money that we make from the business back to to the business is that a good idea?

I also wanted to start working on the website so that it would be ready for the first of the year, but my parnet thinks we should wait tell the first of the year to start working on it. that is also when we plan to register and everything else too...

its always smart to re-invest money back into the business.

As far as the website goes, just do it whenever both you and your partner agree to do it.
