Paypal subscription question

Hey maybe you can help me I have a question and I am a little confused...I am setting up the paypal subscription for my treats i included shipping in the cost of the subscription so when it asks me, Make shipping optionals=, etc, or no shopping is needed which am i supposed to put? If i put no shipping what will that do, becuase i included it and will still ship it to them or if make it optional will it double charge them for shipping??
