Default jealousy,insecurity and trust

Hi there everyone!!!!

Could anyone give me some postive advice !!!!!

My partner of 3 years has issues with jealousy, insecurity and trust.

She seems to think that every remotely attractive women I speak to that I am having an affair with

It has been quite tense in our household of late, last night I asked her to leave as she explained that she loves me but can't trust me.

I explained my actions and apologise for any impression that I may have caused but she is adamant that I have been unfaithful.

I work with my partner and have maintained a dignified silence as I am at my wits end.

As a result of this, we spoke at great length and recommending some postives ideas about where we should be and where we go form here.

I explained I still love her and am prepared to wait as long as possible for her so she can exorcise or confront her demons.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest sending her to a therapist or talk to a relationship counselor together. She needs to get over these hang ups.

This happens all the time to so many relationship. You have to show her that you will be there for her whenever she needs you and that she can trust you.

I had the same problem with a long distance relationship I had in the past. She lived in London and I was in the States. She mentioned it quite often that it's hard for her to trust me while there is an ocean in between. I tried to show her how much I care for her. Finding some london florists and sending her a surprise bouquet, writing an old school love letter, calling her as often as possible. The little things count in this matter and show that you care.

My advice would be that you sit down with her and explain her that she can trust you and there's no need to be jealous.
