| Biography:
I am a seasoned and highly successful entrepreneur. I began my career working for a large automotive manufacturer and was initially involved in technical/engineering activities. Although I was being promoted and given additional responsibilities, it became apparent that the large, corporate world was not my calling. Don't get me wrong. The work was challenging and I truly did enjoy it. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn a fair amount about managing, business planning and operation management.
After ten years with the automaker, I was recruited by a smaller, high tech, niche market firm. The initial responsibilities were purely technical in nature, however, I was asked to assume the role of operations manager. This was a challenging role. At that time, new facilities were in the process of being constructed and my responsibilities included overseeing the construction completion, purchasing new manufacturing, laboratory and general office equipment. 1. Spending time with my wife.

| Dreams & Goals:
I guess my dreams and goals are now one in the same... and there are only two; (1) Building the new business into profitable, self-sustaining, operations that can be passed on to our children, and (2) Helping others achieve personal success or success with their own businesses. I can personally think of nothing greater than this, or more rewarding.
